Valor Food Scales

The Valor^® series of compact food scales set the industry standard with a winning combination of durability, speed, accuracy, and touchless operation. Valor scales feature a 304 stainless steel weighing pan, smooth profile, and easy water flow for cleaning. A unique IPX8 flow-thru design ensures that the Valor 2000 and 4000 will drain any moisture that may build up inside the scale. They feature large front and rear LED displays for easy viewing so two operators can share one scale. They are available in stainless steel and plastic housing models with sturdy polycarbonate keypads offer protection from knives and other sharp instruments used in food preparation, processing, and portioning applications.

The Valor 2000 is a premier value scale for use in dry or washdown environments for 3.3 to 60 lb with precision from 0.2g to 5g. Defender 6000 Bench Scales

For larger capacity, heavy duty food weighing up to 150kg, OHAUS offers the new Defender^® 6000 Extreme Washdown Bench Scale. Specifically designed for food, chemical and pharmaceutical applications, Defender 6000 handles the most demanding applications with a 316 stainless steel platform and frame, and laser-sealed stainless steel IP69K load cell. Defender 6000 can handle high pressure washdowns and harsh cleaning agents, and also meets metrological standards for legal-for-trade applications.   
Defender 6000 bench scales are available in PW (polycarbonate indicator) and XW (316 stainless steel indicator) models to suit your needs.

Large bright displays and color checkweighing indicators quickly tell the operator if a portion or package is within weight targets, speeding processing throughput.
