In the heart of England, in the picturesque village of Hampton-in-Arden, there is a unique place called Hampton Manor, a privately owned English country house hotel. A Tudor Gothic mansion that was built in 1855 as a grand country house by Sir Frederic Peel, son of a former Prime Minister, Sir Robert Peel, used to be for many years a care home run by the Parish church and now is an establishment owned by the Hill family. The estate underwent a massive restoration between 2008 and 2010 and in 2017 had a major makeover of the public spaces and the guest rooms were also entirely refurbished. Surrounded by 45 acres of gardens, it is now a restaurant with 15 bedrooms.

Hampton Manor is home to Peel's fine dining restaurant under the head chef Rob Palmer who had led Peel's to its first Michelin Star and 4 AA Rosettes. What Rob is putting a special emphasis on is the quality of ingredients together with the cooking technique.  The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday and offers four- or seven-course tasting menus with wine flights. The guests vary depending on the occasion; business meetings, weddings, birthday parties, or just for leisure to enjoy a night away.
